Lady Kaotic
Kimberly N. Graves aka Lady Kaotic or Katana is an African-American Rap/Hip Hop/R&B recording artist, singer, and songwriter. Lady Kaotic was born on June 12, in Greensboro, North Carolina and now resides in Baltimore Maryland. This Gemini has not two faces, but two voices. She was blessed not only with the talent to sing, but also with a gift to be a hip hop lyricist. The critics that have reviewed her music articulate her style as captivating, versatile, and knowledgeable.

On November 22 2010, with the assistance of Pro Music Records, Lady Kaotic launched her solo career with the digital release of her first single and ringtone "Stop N Go". With the introduction of her single release from her debut album a thirteen week radio campaign promotion associated with the LP release will follow. Along with promotional touring, a targeted marketing campaign, street team promotions, special guest appearances, and music videos will be produced to carry the approaching album release in 2011.

As a child, music and church was a central part of the Graves home. Kimberly joined the Friendship Temple Apostolic Church Youth Choir and the Young Adult Choir. Early in her adolescent years, she established her reputation by acting in plays and joining the "Lions Dance Troop" at Aycock Jr. High School. "I have always enjoyed singing and dancing. Being apart of the Chorus, Ensemble and Dance Team, intrigued me to pursue my entertainment career." Watching her father's band and attending their shows captivated Kaotic as well and also influenced her passion for music.

Lady Kaotic relished in her r&b and hip-hop roots growing up and listening to seasoned artists such as Lauren Hill, Floetry, Queen Latifah, Patti La Belle, Michael Jackson, Nas, Biggie Smalls, and Tupac. At the age of fifteen Lady Kaotic moved to Maryland in hopes of pursuing her dreams. She promptly acquired the chance to perform as the opening act for the male R&B group 4Pm. Progress began to follow as she met producers from the Baltimore area and collaborated with many of artists in the DMV region. More opportunities began to knock from exposure on radio from New Jersey to Miami.

The forthcoming first appearance will be prepared to reach as many of Kaotic's fans as possible and thank them for supporting her through these many years. According to Lady Kaotic, songwriting is cheaper than therapy, and her music lives by that philosophy. Lady Kaotic is always building her library of lyrics and recording songs with the hunger to do much more. With a voice that is pure, filled with passion, and insightful, Kaotic has the making of becoming a professional entertainer with staying power. "My flow so potent, it will correct your allergies, I spit this here mathematically formatted till is practically, a fraction of your mind, fragmented to that tingle that you feel at the base of your spine, you heard me"~ Lady Kaotic
